Brief and quote

Floor plans, building function, power balance or grid connection conditions — a quote and schedule within 1–2 working days.

02

Concept and building permit design

Power balance, selection of primary and standby supply, building permit documentation, approvals with the DSO, utilities and certified experts.

03

Detailed design

Schematics, layouts, calculations, schedules and bills of quantities — in 2D or as a BIM model (Revit), ready for tender and construction.

04

Designer's site supervision

Knowledge & FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the design

Answers to the questions we hear most often from clients, architects and general contractors at the quotation stage.

It depends on the type of building, its floor area and the scope (electrical installations, MV/LV network, ELV systems, BMS, photovoltaics). We prepare each quote individually after reviewing the functional and utility programme (PFU), floor plans or project scope — free of charge and without obligation, usually within 24 hours.
It depends on the phase and scale — a concept design with a power balance usually takes a few days, a building permit design including approvals with the distribution system operator a few weeks, and we align the detailed design with the construction schedule.
Yes. Alongside 2D documentation (PDF, DWG) we model electrical and ELV installations in Autodesk Revit (BIM 3D), with cross-discipline coordination and clash detection before construction starts. Projects delivered in Revit include the Warsaw-Radom airport terminal, the Old Market Square in Poznań (BIM with a CDE platform), the Airport Fire Service at Katowice-Pyrzowice, the City One office building in Wrocław, the Wrocław Airport terminal extension and the CMGO facility at Kraków-Balice Airport.
Yes. Our Managing Director, Marek Łagodziński, has held an unrestricted design licence in the building services speciality (electrical networks, installations and equipment) since 2006. The team also includes other designers with unrestricted licences, and assistant designers work under their supervision and professional responsibility.
Yes — we design PV installations (rooftop and ground-mounted) as an integral part of the building's power supply, together with power distribution, uninterruptible power supply and approvals with the distribution system operator, so everything is consistent from the very first power balance.
We design across Poland and Europe, and further afield — our projects include Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Radom, Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Niepołomice and Czechowice-Dziedzice, a Ryanair maintenance hangar in Berlin and the server room of the Polish Embassy in New Delhi. Our office is in Kraków; project coordination (online meetings, model and document exchange) and site visits work regardless of the country where the building is located.
Designer's site supervision is the designer's presence during construction — explaining design solutions to the contractor, approving substitutes and changes on site, and preparing as-built documentation. We provide it for most of our projects, from concept design to handover of the building.
We design at every scale: data centres, airports and factories, but also office buildings, hotels, housing developments, and public and retail buildings. The common denominator is responsibility for a power supply that must work reliably.
The quickest way is the form below or e-mail — a functional and utility programme (PFU), floor plans or even just a description of the scope, the location and an indicative timeframe is enough. On that basis we prepare a free quote and propose a schedule.
